Account & Login Information

How do I create an account?

You can register for a new account by clicking Register or by following the register link at the top of the website.

How do I change my password?

If you have access to your Duck Norris Collection account, please login and follow the below steps.  If you do not please use the Reset Password function.

  1. Click “Profile”
  2. Click “Edit Account”
  3. Type in your current password, re-type your current password and then enter your new password for verification.
  4. Click “Save Changes”

How do I change my email address?

Please log in to your Duck Norris Collection account and follow these steps:

  1. Click “Profile”
  2. Click “Edit Account”
  3. delete your old email
  4. Enter the new email address you want to use
  5. Click “Save Changes”

How do I see my previous orders?

You can see previous orders using one of the two below methods:

  1. Account Order History
    1. Log In
    2. Click “Profile”
    3. Click “Orders”
  2. Order Status
    1. Click “Order Status” Above
    2. Provide two out of three pieces of information for your order:
      1. Order Number
      2. Billing Email
      3. Billing Zip Code

How is my payment information stored?

Duck Norris Collection takes your privacy and security seriously. All payment information you select to be stored is stored using industry standard 256 bit encryption.

How do I change my billing information?

What Countries Do You Ship To?

We do global shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do ship internationally. We ship to over 200 countries annually. Once you have added at least one product to your shopping cart and provided a shipping address, shipping options will be shown.

For shipments outside the U.S., your order may be subject to VAT (Value Added Tax), import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.

International Buyers Notice

For Non-US customers, depending on the package size, value and your location, import fees may apply in the country of delivery. These fees are beyond our control and you are required to pay them to receive your package.

Do you offer shipping with tracking?

Yes, we do! Orders shipping with the overnight, express, and standard methods will always have tracking available. Meanwhile, orders shipped out with the economy, no rush, or flat rate method may not have tracking available

How long will it take to get my order?

First, there is fulfillment delay that can take from 2 to 7 business days. Then your package will be shipped. Depending on your location, shipping time varies.
US: 3-5 business days via USPS
Canada: 5-7 business days via USPS
Worldwide: 10-20 business days via USPS

My package shows delivered, but I haven't received it. Help!

This can happen for a variety of reasons.  We suggest waiting a day to ensure the package wasn’t pre-marked for delivery ahead of it actually being dropped in your hot little hands.  While you’re waiting we suggestion the following options:

  1. Check with your friends / neighbors / people you may not like around your house.  Make sure no one picked up your package for you or that it wasn’t accidentally delivered to another residence around you.
  2. Check with your local postal carrier if your package was delivered via SmartPost or USPS.  If it was delivered through FedEx let us know so we can make a call for you.

Which shipping methods have tracking?

Overnight, express, and standard shipping methods will always have tracking.

Tracking may not be available for:

  • international shipments going out from our US locations with no rush or flat rate shipping methods
  • international shipments going out from our Europe location with no rush, economy, or flat rate shipping methods

Ordering Information

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You don’t need an account to place an order, but for discounts, coupon, and updates we advice our customers to have an account with us

I need to cancel my order!

Please submit an Order Cancellation Request to shop@ducknorriscollection.com Please note, once an order has been made, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel it. Our customer service team will always try their best to accommodate the situation, but the order may already have started processing by the time we receive your request. We appreciate your understanding!

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal

When will my card be charged?

Your card is charged after checkout so we can fulfill your order as soon as possible.

There is a color chart available on product page of products that come with color variations.

Checkout & Shopping Information

Can I buy an "Out of Stock" item?

If an item is out of stock is means we no longer carry it or we don’t have the inventory you’re requesting to print on. Sometimes we’ll get more in, sometimes we won’t. It varies heavily from product to product. Most blank colors for DNC Collective shirts will return to stock when we receive more in. If you aren’t sure about the item you are looking at hit the “Submit A Question” link above or email us at shop@ducknorriscollection.com and we’ll help you out.

Can I get a catalog of your artwork or products?

Unfortunately no. Have you seen how much artwork we have?! It just isn’t possible.
We do however, have some greater filters and categories to help you narrow your search down.

What currency are your prices listed in?

All our prices are currently listed in USD.

Can't use PayPal or a Credit Card, Help!

Oh no! If your country is not supported for credit card purchases in our system and PayPal is not offered in your country, then we unfortunately do not have an alternative for you at this time.

Refunds & Returns Information

How do I return a wrong or defective item?

Please send an email to shop@ducknorriscollection.com and include a picture of the wrong or defective item. This will allow us to verify the mistake and take care of it right away. Please let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund. We do not require you to return the tee if it is in fact defective.

Am I eligible for refund?

If you still don’t have your answer, feel free to contact our customer support at shop@ducknorriscollection.com or use our contact us form.

Payment & Discounts Information

How do I use my coupon?

Coupon codes and discounts must be entered on top of the Checkout page. You will need to click the “Click here to enter your code” text and you can enter any promotional code in that box. This is located on Top of the screen Just after the “Checkout Page Title”

You must click the “Arrow” button to the right of the box in order for your coupon to be applied to your order. If it is applied correctly, your order total on the right of the screen will update. You are not charged until you click the blue “Place Your Order” button on our final review page.

I have 2 coupons! Can I use them both?

Unfortunately, no. Our policy is one coupon per order. Sorry about that!

Also, please be aware that coupons may not apply to already discounted items, Pre-Order Campaigns, and Charity Items.

Why was my credit card declined?

This can happen for several reasons. Please make sure all fields are entered correctly. Please also make sure your billing address exactly matches the one your bank has on file. If your card is still being declined, please contact your credit card company or bank. Unfortunately when this occurs, for privacy reasons we are provided very little information regarding the reason for the denial.

What Is Proposition 65, & How Does It Affect Me?

What is Proposition 65?

Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.  These chemicals can be in the products that Californians purchase, in their homes or workplaces, or that are released into the environment. By requiring that this information be provided, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals.

Proposition 65 also prohibits California businesses from knowingly discharging significant amounts of listed chemicals into sources of drinking water.

Proposition 65 requires California to publish a list of chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. This list, which must be updated at least once a year, has grown to include approximately 900 chemicals since it was first published in 1987.

Proposition 65 became law in November 1986, when California voters approved it by a 63-37 percent margin.  The official name of Proposition 65 is the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986.

What types of chemicals are on the Proposition 65 list?

The list contains a wide range of naturally occurring and synthetic chemicals that include additives or ingredients in pesticides, common household products, food, drugs, dyes, or solvents. Listed chemicals may also be used in manufacturing and construction, or they may be byproducts of chemical processes, such as motor vehicle exhaust.

Who administers Proposition 65?

The Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) administers the Proposition 65 program. OEHHA, which is part of the California Environmental Protection Agency (CalEPA), determines in many cases whether chemicals meet the scientific and legal requirements for placement on the Proposition 65 list, and administers regulations that govern warnings and other aspects of Proposition 65.

Who enforces Proposition 65?

The California Attorney General’s Office enforces Proposition 65. Any district attorney or city attorney (for cities whose population exceeds 750,000) may also enforce Proposition 65. In addition, any individual acting in the public interest may enforce Proposition 65 by filing a lawsuit against a business alleged to be in violation of this law.

Lawsuits have been filed by the Attorney General’s Office, district attorneys, consumer advocacy groups, and private citizens and law firms.

These Are The DNC Products That Contain The Chemicals on The List:

All-Over Print Premium Pillow and Pillow Case. These products can expose you to chemicals including Abiraterone acetate, which is known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. The chemical is used to make the pillow fabric water-resistant, so the pillows could be used outdoors. If you don’t plan to use the pillows outdoors, you can choose our All-Over Print Basic Pillows and Pillow Cases that are made from a different fabric which doesn’t contain these chemicals, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer.

Any Duck Norris Collection shipment with these products going to a destination in California includes a warning on the packing slip, notifying the recipient of the presence and potential effects of these chemicals.
